Terms of Service

Last updated: June 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of B2B Print Hub (the "Application"). By signing in and using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Access

The Application is an internal business tool. Access is granted only to individuals approved by an administrator and is not available for public registration. Administrators may add, suspend, or remove access for any user at their discretion.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Application only for its intended business purposes, including but not limited to creating and managing invoices, estimates, jobs, customer records, and related business data. You agree not to:

3. Your data and content

Any customer data, invoices, estimates, job records, photos, or other content you enter into the Application remains the property of the organization operating this instance. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter any third-party (e.g. customer) information into the system.

4. Availability

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruption, though reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable service.

5. Account termination

An administrator may revoke your access at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a change in employment status or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Application will be removed; historical business records you created remain part of the organization's records.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of this Application shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Application.

7. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the operating business is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to the administrator of your B2B Print Hub instance.
